Gear - Media Arts 411

The BetaSpace equipment room is not a rental house. Equipment and facility access is granted based on proficiency, training and relevance to coursework and learning objectives of Media Arts courses. Booking requests for equipment must be submitted at least three business days in advance.

All equipment may not be fully charged and may contain files left by previous users. Students are responsible for undeleted files, and any files left on devices may be accessed or overwritten by others. Students are responsible for backing up and removing their files before returning gear.

All equipment must be returned in the exact condition it was received. The costs for any damages or losses will be charged to the student’s financial account at the end of the academic year.
