Equipment bookings are for Media Arts BFA Students only.

You MUST be enrolled in one of the core Media Arts Program courses to gain access to Media Arts resources. Requests for usage for personal or commercial projects is prohibited.

Below are links to the policies, agreements and forms that are required to book gear,
spaces, key(s) or software licenses from the Media Arts program.

NOTE – Gear bookings are limited to ‘week day’ OR ‘weekend’ bookings. (Holidays will effect this)
– If gear is checked out on a Monday to Thursday the return date is Friday by 11:00 am.
– If gear is checked out on a Friday the return date is Monday by 11:00 am.

( Faculty, staff, TA / RA requests will be considered if resources are not reserved for class or assignment use )
* Limited exceptions might be possible depending on demand and circumstances.
